This is the one question that I am asked more than any other. Of course the answer is different for each client but the best overall answer I have come across is:

How quickly you see results will depend on your body type, body mass and fitness history. In general, if you practice three times per week you will see results within 4-6 weeks. Of course the more you practice the faster it will show.
Having said that, some improvement will be noticeable from day one. In your first session you will learn how to engage your core, stabilise your shoulders and maintain a neutral spine. When you apply this outside the studio, the improvement to posture will be immediately visible for most people.
